Pyrazinamide interacts with allopurinol and uricosuric drugs.  For this reason, allopurinol is contraindicated in the treatment of pyrazinamide-induced arthralgias which are best treated with acetylic salicylic acid or intermittent (thrice-weekly) treatment.
